Someone calling a web shop either could not find the answer online or does not trust it. That is exactly when a professional-sounding customer service counts.
Most questions concern order status. Point to tracking or the account page, but do not make the road to a human too long: whoever calls has often had enough of self-service.

After hours
“Welcome to [shop name] customer service. We are currently closed. You can reach us on weekdays from [time] to [time]. Many questions are also answered at [website]. Orders are still being processed and shipped.”
Voicemail
“You have reached [shop name]. Please leave your name, phone number and, if you have one, your order number, and we will call you back on the next business day.”
