Which phone system do you use?
Pick your system. We deliver the greeting straight away in the format that system needs, plus an MP3. No converting required.
Why the format matters: a phone system will not play just any audio file. Most systems want a WAV at 8 kHz in mono, some accept only µ-law or a-law, and a few refuse MP3 altogether. Upload the wrong file and you get an error, or worse, noise and crackle on the caller's end.
That is why every page below states exactly what that one system asks for, with the vendor's own documentation next to it so you can check. Where we could not find a public source, we say so and deliver every format instead. Either way, you never have to convert anything yourself.
Is your system not listed?
No problem. Choose ‘Other / not sure’ at checkout and you receive all formats. There is always a matching one.
No phone system, just your own mobile?
For a personal voicemail or answering machine greeting on your mobile phone we deliver a separate MP3, plus instructions on how to set it up.
