RingCentral recommends a WAV file in CCITT µ-law (G.711a), 8 kHz, 8-bit, mono, and also accepts MP3 (up to 5 MB). We deliver the µ-law WAV that matches their recommended format, plus the MP3.

Common questions about greetings for RingCentral

Can I use one file for everything?

No. The phone menu, the on-hold message, the closed announcement and the voicemail are separate files that RingCentral plays per situation. Order them in the same voice so it sounds like one whole.

What does a greeting for RingCentral cost?

What if I switch to a different phone system later?
