Which file does Avaya IP Office need?

For pre-recorded IP Office Embedded Voicemail prompts, Avaya specifies a source WAV in 16-bit PCM, 8 kHz, mono. Use the PCM WAV in your download. Embedded Voicemail then requires conversion with the Avaya tool to its own system format; this is not a universal direct WAV upload. Ask your administrator to use the correct import for your edition.
